We are in an old building and high traffic commercial space. Things are always needing replaced, refurbished or repaired. He has built display shelves and a display half wall for us with the finishing details, installed and repaired windows and doors, repaired staircase railings, numerous handles, hooks and other hardware, landscaped, some minor plumbing in our kitchen and bathrooms, repaired 2 display hutches, assembled pre-fab tables and shelves, hung art, moved furniture, painted, sourced materials (occasionally securing discounts for us!), some demolition and material discard, and I’m sure I’ve missed some things...he’s done a lot. He’s in the middle of building from scratch a French casement barista window for us right now!
All throughout, he’s been a consummate professional. This we have found to be a tall order in his industry. He’s always responded in a timely manner, been patient, gently provided his insights for a project when it was clear we weren’t totally sure if/how an idea we had would work, stepped up under pressure sometimes with little notice to an emergency repair (such as when our famed doorbell went down in the middle of a busy weekend service). His work is diligent, methodical, spot on every time. And, if he doesn’t feel he’ll have time, tools or know how to do a particular project, he’ll be straightforward about that, and so, save us a lot of aggravation and time. And, importantly, he’s fair - his quotes have always been commensurate with our research/expectation.
We have recommended him to friends, family and other businesses, and will continue. So we were very happy to learn he’s starting his own business - he’s got all the right qualities and skills to be the boss! Best of luck to Seattle Woodworks & Home Repair!

Patrick’s skill and work acumen have been a great help to us. We have a pre war apt and also a small Airbnb business. He’s painted, assembled furniture, fixed light fixtures, fixed doors and door knobs that fell off, installed a couple shower heads, unclogged a few drains, installed curtain rods and blinds, insulated windows, assembled a lot of out of the box items, put up a few wall racks and storage cubbies, and just whatever we needed help with, even moving things and discarding things. He’s always brought all the materials and tools required for any given project, as well as, sourced materials for us. We’ve found we can trust his sensibilities. Often now, we just say what we are thinking and he’s taken care of it from soup to nuts. A real time saver. Plus he’s friendly, articulate, detail oriented, always been on time and efficient. Patrick doesn’t miss a beat. We are glad to recommend him, will continue to be his client through his new biz, Seattle Woodworks & Home Repair. — Edan Miller
"Patrick has done some odd jobs around the house for me since summer 2019. He's done everything from resurface and restain our decks to painting, sealing tile, hanging photos, and assemble deck furniture. And many more things. He's always honest and accurate about timeline to completion, and always so kind. I've already recommended him to my aunt and a good friend, and my husband referred one of his employees to him as well. I will continue to send friends to him as well as book him for my projects. I highly recommend him to anyone! "
